Description of the object
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usług napraw i konserwacji, dalej zwanych „Usługami”, urządzeń używanych w Straży Miejskiej m.st. Warszawy, m.in. takich jak: komputery, urządzenia drukujące, monitory, ups, kamery personalne, centrale telefoniczne, radiotelefony, zwanych dalej łącznie „Urządzeniami” lub każde z osobna „Urządzeniem”, których wykaz stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do Wzoru umowy.
2. Wykonawca będzie świadczył usługi określone w ust. 1, w zakresie i na warunkach określonych w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz postanowień Wzoru umowy stanowiącego załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
